OMAR-ITR technologies and WEEE recycling: completed the start-up of a new plant

ITR completed the assembly and start-up of a new plant for WEEE recycling, for a French leader company operating at international level.

Equipped with hammer mills ITR for roughing and refining the material, separators and conveyor belt, the plant is able to process continuously E-waste R2 and R4, as well as electrical motors and converters. Therefore, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics and valuable materials are recovered in order to be available for re-use in new production cycles.

Hammer mills ITR guarantees a steady production, by reducing electrical wastes to the best size for the following separation steps. Magnetic separator by alternating poles allows better to exploit ferrous section (iron scrap – Proler), dividing it from the copper wire.

The whole system is subject to certifications, in full accordance with French legislation.

To the supply complement, the air treatment system, made in OMAR and Atex certified, guarantees a perfect workplaces clean-up.
