Air separation systems – SZZ

The SZZ air separator guarantees an optimal separation of lightweight material (such as plastic, nylon, rubber, etc.) from heavier materials (metal, heavy duty plastic, etc.).

Equipped with an innovative zig-zag system specially developed by ITR, it’s available with various capacities, based on the production requirements.
Being equipped with an independent electrical panel, it can either be used on its own, or else inserted within the line of a plant (e.g. for the processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals derived from MSW).
