Mobile Hammer Mill | ITR HMM

The hammer mills of the ITR HMM series represent the ideal mobile solution for shredding medium and large-sized metal waste. Mounted on platforms that can be lifted via hydraulic pistons, these compact yet high-performance plants are designed to be easily moved and integrated even into more complex processing lines.

Each model is equipped with a complete grinding system, including a soundproof cabin, a conveyor belt for material extraction, and a drum magnetic separator (featuring a support and anchoring structure in the HMM 130 model) for an initial ferrous separation.

• ITR HMM 100 is the most versatile model in the mobile range, ideal for rough shredding operations and for preparing material for further refining and sorting stages. The grinding chamber, combined with an electric motor from 250 to 315 kW, ensures excellent performance even in limited spaces, offering operational flexibility and easy integration.
• ITR HMM 130 is the perfect solution for higher production requirements. The larger grinding chamber and electric motor ranging from 315 to 355 kW provide higher processing capacity while maintaining excellent output quality. Especially suitable for treating non-ferrous metals and municipal solid waste (MSW) tinplate, it stands out for its top-level productivity.

The entire HMM series retains the distinctive features of the fixed hammer mills: hydraulic movement of main components, rotor lifting with top cover, and quick grid replacement. These design solutions minimize downtime, optimize productivity, and simplify maintenance.
