STATIONARY HAMMER MILLS - ITR HMS HI
The ITR HMS Hi (High Impact) series hammer mills have been designed for the crushing and recovery of the most demanding materials.
Thanks to the use of a new reinforced frame, heavy hammers weighing up to 50 kg, and a powerful electric motor of up to 450 kW, this mill is capable of processing large quantities of materials such as electric motors, light ferrous scrap, and metal scrap (aluminum profiles and casings).
Like all the latest ITR HMS models, these mills are equipped with the new “Out of Line” emergency door material discharge system, adjustable via PLC. This system allows the material flow to be diverted out of the downstream processing line, preventing unprocessed material from contaminating subsequent treatment and recovery phases.
Additionally, the “Self-tensioning” hydraulic belt tightening system automatically adjusts belt tension via PLC or manually using the control panel.
The feed conveyor belt can be of anti-cut rubber type or metal slat type for the most demanding materials.
All ITR hammer mills are designed to simplify maintenance operations, minimizing machine downtime due to screen and hammer replacement.
Standard equipment:
Feed conveyor belt with anti-break bars
Reinforced oscillating steel feeder with wear-resistant coating
“Out of Line” emergency discharge door
“Self-tensioning” hydraulic belt tightening system
