Compost refining plants from waste selective collection

ITR’s compost refining plants are used to achieve a good quality compost, suitable to use as fertilizer. The feeding material, after the bio stabilization phase of the organic fraction, is selected through rotating or ballistic screens that remove the pollutant components. Afterward, the material is exposed to an aeraulic system, which let increases the efficiency of separation and of the final cleaning. Such air extraction system allows also to remove the light fraction as well as the light plastics from the “structuring material” that, once recovered, is sent again into the processing cycle.
