Processing of electric motors

To this end, input materials are treated in ITR electric motor recycling plants, which include fixed HMS or mobile HMM hammer mills for material shredding, magnetic separation systems, and SCP (Eddy-Current) non-ferrous metal separators. ITR’s hammer mill technology ensures high-quality output material, ready for integration into an HMS Ref refining line or for processing in melting furnaces.

All ITR – Recycling Systems plants are equipped with independent controls for easy integration into existing processing lines and a software management system that allows for constant monitoring and remote calibration of the entire plant.

In addition, ITR plants are equipped with effective dust, gas, and odor suppression systems used during processing phases, to protect the environment, ensure workplace health and safety, and maintain the quality of the recycled fractions brought back to life.
