Treatement and refining systems for mixed metals, car-fluff and electric motors
ITR – Recycling Systems designs and manufactures treatment and refining plants for electric motors, car fluff, and mixed metals derived from other processing operations, aimed at companies involved in the recovery and recycling of metal scrap. ITR’s metal and electric motor treatment plants enable the valorization of every recyclable component, achieving high yield values through the use of multiple technologies. These systems are designed to efficiently sort and separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, iron, and steel, allowing their recovery and reintegration into the market as high-purity secondary raw materials.
ITR’s mixed metal treatment plants integrate various technologies, such as:
HMS Ref refining mills, which perform precise shredding and granulation of the input material;
SCP eddy current magnetic separation systems, which enable the separation of ferrous and non-ferrous fractions;
Latest-generation X-ray sorters, which ensure accurate cleaning and separation of high-quality furnace-ready material, even in very small particle sizes (with residual foreign material fractions below 200 ppm).
All ITR – Recycling Systems plants are equipped with independent controls for easy integration into existing processing lines, along with a software management system that allows for continuous monitoring and remote calibration of the entire system.
Additionally, ITR plants feature effective dust suppression systems used during processing phases, ensuring environmental protection, workplace safety, and the final quality of the recycled fractions returned to new life.
ITR Recycling Technologies’ mixed metal treatment plants stand out on the market for their high efficiency, low operating and maintenance costs, ease of operation, and seamless integration into Industry 4.0 production systems.
